Frame Localizer Terms of Service

1. Service and Operator

Frame Localizer is operated by an independent developer.

The service is provided as a Figma plugin with a hosted backend that processes user-submitted content to deliver localized output.

The service may adjust text length, phrasing, or formatting to improve compatibility with interface constraints. We do not guarantee preservation of original layout or visual appearance.

By installing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Use

You are responsible for all activity performed through your Figma account.

You agree not to:

misuse or interfere with the service
bypass usage or plan restrictions
attempt unauthorized access
submit unlawful or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

Frame Localizer operates on a subscription-based model with usage measured in credits.

Each billing cycle includes a fixed number of credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

Usage is determined based on translation activity and processing requirements.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Prices displayed on the pricing page may include applicable taxes where required by law.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

All subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

To avoid future charges, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not reverse charges for the current billing period.

Refund eligibility is not based on usage or remaining credits within the billing period.

Refunds may only be issued where required by applicable law or in cases of verified billing errors.

5. Service Changes

We may modify or update the service, including features, pricing, and usage policies, at any time.

Material changes affecting pricing or subscription terms will be communicated in advance through the service or via email where applicable.

Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

accuracy of translation
preservation of layout or formatting
uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Localizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or service interruptions.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

7. Content and License

By submitting content to the service, you grant Frame Localizer a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.
