  • Figma user identifiers
  • translation request content (text submitted for processing)
  • language preferences
  • usage and request metadata
  • billing-related identifiers

Translation request content is processed to provide the service and is not retained beyond what is necessary for processing and limited operational logging.

We do not use submitted content for training or improving external AI models.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • process translation requests
  • provide service functionality
  • enforce usage limits and subscription plans
  • support billing and access control
  • maintain system performance and reliability
  • detect abuse and troubleshoot issues
  • enable processing by required service providers

  • payment processors (such as Paddle)
  • AI-based processing systems used to fulfill requests

Information shared with such providers is limited to what is necessary to perform the requested functionality.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Paddle, which act as the merchant of record.

We do not store full payment card details.

  • translation request logs: up to 90 days
  • billing and transaction records: up to 5 years (for legal and accounting purposes)
  • security reports: up to 1 year after resolution

Submitted translation content is not retained beyond processing and limited operational needs.

6. Data Access and Deletion

You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting:

To process such requests, you may be required to provide sufficient information to identify your usage of the service, such as your Figma user ID.

Requests that cannot be reasonably associated with a user may not be processed.

We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and operational constraints.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves.

Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
